    Using external Live Chat / Virtual Chat on Digital Workplace

      Hi all,

      I was in a PoC session and I was asked if we can use an external chat application instead of BMC's Live Chat.

      Customer has developed their internal chat application. They want to use it for communication between end user and support agent.

      I've never used Live Chat or Virtual Chat before... As you can see, I do not even how it is called, virtual chat or live chat

      So I'd like to know whether this is possible. If so, how can we do that?
