possibly possible; what is their internal application built on? Basically, I assume they would want at the end of a chat session to create a Remedy ticket via APIs? and the ticket would include the Chat information? Not sure what else they want.
I know there is an integration between Jabber and Remedy, as an example of using an external tool.
Creating incident after chat session is not my concern right now. We can do it using remedy webservices easily.
Their chat application is probably C# web application (I've not seen it yet. We have just talked about it as a concept).
If they give me a URL addressing their internal chat application, how can I make DWP to open this link when we click Chat icon?
