      For the workflow , evaluation criteria are

      Evaluate the rule when a record is:

       

       

      This all can use for the new record created, I want to put criteria after created the record, Please let me the process

       

      User case :

      IF a person is not aware of an incident belongs to which sub-team, then assigning the incident to the team must be routed to the respective Sub-team.
