A shot in the dark, but is there a firewall in place and also is it HTTPS? If so you need to download the certificate.
We use HTTP and there´s no a firewall...
When we run the job in QA all thats OK, but in Prod we change the port and we´ve the Error.

I think the message in AS log is referring to the connection between the agent and the cm4ws plugin, rather than the connection to the WS configured in the job.
Check the $CONTROLM/data/wsprofile.dat file.
It mentions the port that cm4ws uses, I think default is 7001.
Shut the agent and make sure the cm4ws is down too. (ps command and grep for the agent name should show no processes)
Then check the port in wsprofile.dat is free. (e.g. netstat -na | grep 7001)
Then start the agent
Then from CCM, load the WS connection profiles. Once you do, on Solaris you should see the cm4ws process running and the port should show LISTEN.
Then try to validate the WS Connection Profile from CCM and if success try to run the job.
