We do not have an OOTB solution that has a direct integration with MongoDB, but we have two OOTB connectors available from the Moviri Integrator for TrueSight Capacity Optimization that will integrate Business Driver data using Hadoop (which consumes data from MongoDB).
The connectors include the following:
I hope this helps point you in a direction that you can use for your organization.
As discussed if there is not such integration, it is possible to use mongoexport and export data from collecttions into a csv file which can be processed with a Generic CSV ETL parser.
The Moviri Integrators for Ambari and Cloudera mentioned by Mike do not directly query the MongoDB database, but import data about the infrastructure and processes supporting the Hadoop infrastructure.
To query data contained in the MongoDB database, you can use the approach described by Stefan or you can rely on a JDBC driver allowing you to query MongoDB via standard SQL (hints for your search: the JDBC driver class is mongodb.jdbc.MongoDriver).
Using this JDBC driver, you may be able to use a Generic SQL Extractor to properly use the JDBC driver class and query your MongoDB instance. Of course, a customer-specific Java ETL module would provide even more flexibility to design and develop the integration.
