Presumably it has worked in the past. Have you changed your RSSO server configuration?
You can login to /ui/LocalLogin which will bypass RSSO to update the RSSO configuration on the appliance.
Not much to go on there.
At what point do you get redirected there? 443 would be open on the appliance and the UI appears to be up if you're getting forwarded to an RSSO server for validation but that's mis-configured possibly? (Don't know enough about RSSO - sorry).
Not working for you in what way? This page should not be trying to use RSSO.
What version are you running?
Could you please let me know how do we check LDAP and SSO configuration through command line as I am unable to access the appliance through GUI.
Just to add here RSSO has been upgraded to 19.05 version.
There are no command line tool for testing these configurations.
LocalLogin should let you use local user accounts such as system.
As checked now I am able to logged in to the appliance.I don't know what happened in the background but it's fine now.
Thanks for your prompt response.
