    I can't logon into BMC Discovery

      Hello everyone,

      I have BMC Discovery Version 11.0.0.2-632444.

      And I can't logon for CMDB by Web Browser. I get text "Permission denied".

      Acorrding Administartor guide "If you cannot log in through a web browser, try stopping and restarting the services:

      /sbin/service appliance start

      /sbin/service omniNames start

      /sbin/service tideway start

       

      but service tideway not starting normally (see attach)

      What decision do you have?

      Please help me
