    Which Remedy update workflow shows response error?

      I created a workflow to update the field "Status" in HPD:Help Desk.

      In my tests, all the input variables are the same except "incident number", but in few cases the workflow doens't work and I don't know the reason.

       

      All workflows I have tested shows only the "entry-count".
