Daniel Allen While there are various ways that can help you add charts/graphs to the reports, you can refer to the following link to get started: How to add a simple pie chart to a report Track-It! 2019
Rest of the chart types have similar approach, and you can play around with the available options to get your desired report.
Is there any documentation or step by step approach to have the bar charts added to the default report named as "Closed Tickets by Technician" As when I play with the charts it's giving me vague values in decimals.
Daniel Allen We don't have a article demonstrating the bar charts specifically, but the steps should be similar to that shared in How to add a simple pie chart to a report Track-It! 2019 that Sridhar had shared earlier.
I tried a lot, and m not even getting close enough.
Why they removed the default reports when they were available in 11.4.
It makes no sense to migrate to the 2019 version if it's not giving the same features and making us work on their development side.
They should have kept it the same reports as they were available in 11.4.
Looks like we need to look for a new ticketing system.
Have you opened a ticket with the support team on this? I'm sure one of our technicians could walk you through it in just a few minutes as opposed to you having to try to figure it out on your own.
Please find the response that I get from the support as I cannot get in touch with Track it support directly.

When contacting KKC have you asked them to walk you through the process of copying an existing report and adding a bar chart to it? The information above is based on them actually creating a specific report for you as opposed to them supporting you in understanding how to add a bar chart. Is it possible they didn't understand the request?
