You can uninstall and install the instances - this will get them back to initial state - any configuration you did (not just data) will be lost too.
If you have Synthetic applications on the TSPS server - those will be recreated upon portal reconnect to TSPS in inactive state.
However - I much rather you open a case and we investigate the actual root cause of event disappearance.
Do you suspect the said maintenance on the portal server has corrupted the DB?

Thank you Shelly. We were attempting to secure the web consoles of the servers (Portal, Collector) and ran into some problems. We decided to revert to snapshots, and that eventually worked.
