Changing the Remediate checkbox for a Windows Patching Job via BLCLI

I'm working on manipulating Windows Patching Jobs, and I've not been able to find the following in the BLCLI API documentation.

For a Windows Patch Analysis Job, I would like to query and change the checkbox state of "Create Remediation Option" under the "Remediation Options" tab.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the PatchingJob namespace, but I can't seem to find a specific BLCLI command that would query this particular Remediation Option.   I thought it might be something to do with "PatchingJob getOptionValue", but I'm not sure how to map a specific ObjectID to the option for which I'm looking.

Is there a way to both get and set the options in a Patching Job via BLCLI; in particular the "Create Remediation Option" checkbox state? Being able to programmatically query and set these would be very beneficial. :)
