    Error when deleting technician

      Hi all,

       

      I recently migrated from 11.4 to 20.19 and performed the migration of data. I successfully deleted a technician's user account from the sql server database and then tried to delete them from the TrackIt web interface, and I'm receiving an error message saying that the user does not exist in the current database. I'm assuming I should have deleted the user from the TrackIt web interface first and then from the sql server database, but unfortunately I can't roll back the change at this point. Has this particular error happened to anyone and is there a remedy for it? Thanks,
