    Business Rule Event Viewer

      Does anyone have any guidance on how this should be monitored or how failed events should be investigated? We have a few hundred events in there that have failed that appear to stem from the same rule with different record IDs however. What are your steps to resolve these?

          Hi Matt,


          You can identify the problem related to business rule from NAMMbl.log file generated in \BMC\Track-It!\Logs folder.

          Set the log level to Trace for Business Rules component from LogConfig.exe (\BMC\Track-It!\Tools) to generate the more detail logs.
