Track-IT is not converting emails into readable text.
It is instead showing up as this when I look at new work orders in Technician Client:
where it should be saying (for example):
My keyboard has stopped working. Can you help please ? Thanks
I have looked at the SQL database and can see it stopped working a few days ago. I notice that it has changed the time to AM/PM rather than 24 hour clock. Could this have caused the issue ?

The bottom 2 went into TrackIT fine but the top 2 have all the strange Label words.
Everything else has gone into trackIT correctly - sender,time etc. Just the email content has not been picked up.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Without this TrackIT is not usable.
