    Assign Notes to Tasks via Self Service portal

      There is a possibility to shows linked Tasks and their details in the Self Service portal section 'View my Activity'. Is it possible to add input field here, e.g. possibility to add Notes under the Task?

       

      • We have a case, where a manager of a new employee opens a Service Request via Self Service portal.
      • This Service Requests generates Tasks to multiple teams, e.g. personal information to HR, Laptop order to Asset Management, etc.
      • The manager needs to have a possibility to see the status of different Tasks via Self Service portal and provide more information about the Task. The manager needs to be able to assign the note for a specific Task, since confidential information can't be visible for all the Tasks, since they are handled by different external parties.
