Related WOs are not showing in Incident relationships Tab

Hello,

Whenever a user relates a WO with Incident, its showing in WO form but not showing in Incident form. When I tested the same with CRQ, its showing in both Incident and CRQ form under Relationships tab. Can anyone help me on this.

Hello,

In the relationship exist 2 records, 1 in WOI:Associations and 2 in HPD:Associations, can you activate logs an verify than in both form the record is generated.

Hello Dhushanth,

I just tried relating Incident on Work Order ticket and vice versa. It is working fine. Work Order is visible on Incident form and Incident is visible on Work Order form. You need to take both active link & filter log and investigate if association data is correctly pushed to both WOI:Associations & HPD:Associations forms.

It should be active link that triggers on "Relate" button click.

Probably, it should be below mentioned active link when I tried relating Incident from Work Order.
WOI:WAS:Associate_110_SubmitOppositWorkOrderAssoc
INT:HPDSRS:ASI:Associate_120_SubmitWorkOrderAssoc

You can also refer attached logs for your reference.

Hi Ankit,

I have enabled the AL log and found that "INT:HPDSRS:ASI:Associate_120_SubmitWorkOrderAssoc" is not executing due to false action.
SO I have referred BMC Doc(Work Order relationship not working --No Records on HPD:Association or Change Association). Everything configured as mentioned in the DOC. But still its not working. Relationship is working when I relate an inc with crq or another inc. But its not working only with WOs

When you relate the WO into INC, in the association table creates a new record?

Which version of AR are you using?
