    DB Password Expiration on ar configuration

      Hi, we using BMC Remedy 9.1.04 version. We recently getting Authentication Failed error message for all users, local and non local. Based on this thread: ARERR 9388 - Authentication Failed? We enter the db password to plain text on ar.conf, and restarting the app server. Now everything works normally. But if this happened because of DB Password is expired, how to setting it to never expired? So this case will never happen again on future. Thank you.
