    Is it possible to put system level restriction on Incidents, where user should  Resolve and close incident, Currently user is able to directly Move the Incident to Closed Status from In-Progress status

      On Incident Management User is currently able to move the Incident to Closed status from In Progress

       

      Because of which few custom workflows are not getting triggered, So we want to put restriction where user should be able to resolve and Close the Incident

       

      Is there any system level changes which will mandate the above or I have to create custom workflows.
