    Track-IT 20.19 - Can we add Category and Priority selection to the 'Change Status' function from the main list of tickets for when we need to update/close multiple jobs?

      Hi,

       

      I was wondering if it was possible if we could add selection for 'Category' and 'Priority' in the Change Status option when viewing all tickets?. Screenshot provided for the screen I am talking about. Will make it a lot easier to close tickets that might be about the same outage or other issue that effects a large group, rather then having to enter each ticket individually to add a category or priority.
