    Unable to access ADDM Appliance using root/tideway user

      Hi All,

       

      Greetings !

       

      I recently deployed BMC discovery virtual appliance version 11.2. At first login it was mandatory to change the passwords for root and tideway users and I did it.

      Now am unable to login to the appliance using these accounts because there is some confusion with the passwords as the default keyboard of appliance was set to UK. I had set the passwords assuming that it will have characters as per US keyboard. 

       

      Is there any way to reset the passwords for these accounts using UI ?
