if you look at the online doc (file --> help--> view help) and do a search for: 5169
You will Find:
5169 Message from Agent: <message>
Explanation: Control-M/Server receives this message from the Control-M/Agent (version 7.0.00 or higher), when the job ends NOTOK or disappeared.
Corrective Action: Determine why the job has ended NOTOK or disappeared and correct it.
5169 is default Message ID issued from the agent when the script failed due to an error. This is likely an issue with your script its self and not Control-M. Most times if you run the same script outside of Control-M it will also fail. In the output of the job should be some clues to what caused the job to fail. If there is no output then like the job did disappear for some reason. Review the Control-M/Agent dalylog and proclogs for any error messages to what may have happened.
As Jess says, this is quite possibly a failing script. Also check the Agent health, starting with ag_diag_comm under the Agent itself. If that shows errors then check the BMC video for this - CWCM: Troubleshooting Control-M/Agent Connectivity - YouTube
