    Service Monitor saying EM Ticket - Opened

      I saw a message in my service monitor that says an EM ticket was opened for a service that completed late.  Here is what has me confused, we don't have the BIM set to open tickets, and even if we did, we don't use remedy, so ticket creation would be through an email function, which wouldn't appear in Service Monitor.

      Does anyone know how this is generated?
