    Agent role in Digital Workplace Catalog

      Hi,

       

      According to BMC documentation the "agent" role is required for users to view digital workplace requests in Smart IT.

      However, when a user is provided with the agent role, they also gain access to every published service in DWPC, just like an administrator would, although they are not entitled to according to virtual marketplace config.

      Does anyone know if this is by design or if it's possible to disable this?

      Our goal is for the agents to be able to find and view digital workplace requests in Smart IT, without automatically having access to every single published service.
