    Smart IT - Cognitive services - E-Mail

      i try to configure the cognitive service in Smart IT. For now it works that i can send a mail to the helpdesk and there create a incidentticket and get a answer (Mary Mann <-> Helpdesk).

      But then i have a problem. There exists a resolve field but if i click at that i get a error.

      Maybe somebody know where i can configure this function?

      I use BMC Helix platform version 19.8
