It's not that I forgot my password, I saw that option available when logging on:
It's more about, once I'm logged in, and I want to change my password, how do I do it? There does not seem to be an option to do it:
I found I can change my password by editing my profile on the BMC Support Portal though..
Strange, I didn't find anything either
However, the result is identical if you choose "reset password"
Indeed, you use your "BMC Account" to authenticate on BMC Communities, shared with all other bmc.com properties.
So password change is managed by the SSO solution, Okta for us.
