Is this possibly an issue with the RSCD agent? Can you verify the version of the agent installed on those servers? What happens if you run agentctl toggle to enable debug logging at the server side and re-run your patch operation? Could you reinstall the agent? Decommission the server from TSSA and add new? Have you had any issues with the BladeLogicRSCD user account that gets automatically created during installation? Sometimes we have had to stop the agent, delete that user account, and restart the agent.
