I don't think that's what Cris was suggesting. Instead, I suspect Cris is suggesting a support case because there is likely something unique to your environment that is causing this and figuring out what it is will require a deeper dive into what's going on than what is quickly achievable here. Your fastest path to a solution is likely via support and that's likely why he made that suggestion.
In the meantime, others may pop in here with ideas or solutions too.

In the Client Management forum, help through other forum members works pretty well.
Anyway, since I unfortunately found nobody here, who knows this error, I have opened a ticket. That did not solve my problem yet but we are on a good way (I hope so )
Thanks Eric. That is exactly what I was saying. Something like this is not easily troubleshot via messages on this community.
