make sure that the credentials you used in rsso configuration is correct
hope you'r doing well brother,
the RSSO working fine,where in this case the rsso ask for user name and password becouse I'm using out of domain PC.
and my concern is that the RSSO after get the authentication it redirect me HTTP link of the DWP or Smart IT where it should go to HTTPS.
Did you able to fix this issue, we are facing same issue in our environemnt.

Dearwe fixed this issue, the reason was related to the configurations of the load balancer.
You have two options to resolve this issue:
1- you can separate the smart it and the dwp, 2 servers and load balancer for DWP and the same for the Smart IT.
Where we faced another issue and BMC recommended to separate them like this.
2- let the load balancer resolve the issue from their side.
