    Dwp and Smart IT field visibility

      Hello everyone,


      we've an issue of visibility with some field on DWP. We create tickets through Smart IT and fields as "Description" or "Affected Service", even if valorized, are not showed on DWP platform. Those field are correctly valorized on Remedy ITSM.


      I would like to know if there's a way to add fields to DWP view. Thank you very much
