Hi everyone,

This might be a simple question but I wanted to make sure I exhausted all my options before returning to my users.

Is there a way to sort the values shown in the Impact and Urgency fields in the Change Request Remedyforce Console page? I don't want those values to be listed alphabetically, but in a custom order. As far as I could tell, this is not possible. I'll be happy to learn that I'm wrong on that front
