You could use the out-of-the-box OR step "Uninstall MSI Package". Will make it easier for some software products since you could use just the software name (for the most software products) from add/remove programs but you'll still need one step per software package.
lets take a look at the registry: HKLM \ software \ microsoft \ windows \ currentversion \ uninstall \ [software] \ key: "uninstallstring"
should give you an idea what happens if you push "deinstall" at system control.

The command to use would be:
wmic product where name like='GoToMeeting%' call uninstall /nointeractive
This will remove all versions....

I haven't had a chance to try it out yet but from the reading I think I like this approach the best of all I've seen so far. I will give it a shot - hopefully by the end of this week - and let you know the result! I am still getting the hang of BCM and I'm liking it more and more now.
