The automatic charge calculation is calculated as the time entered on a note multiplied by the rate of the technician who entered that note and all those charges are rolled up to the total for the ticket.
Thanks for the confirmation. I managed to figure it out, I needed to modify the ticket template to have the "charge" field in it, and now all actions (assuming the techician has a cost) are having a charge assosicated.
