    Question about filters

      My program just switched us over to Track-It! 2019 and I've noticed that every time I log in I have to read my filters for tickets assigned to me and to my group.


      Is there a way to save filter preferences?

          After editing any of the built-in views, including changing the filters, you can use the Save Current View As selection. Then you will be prompted to give your new view a name, and decide if it will be a private view for you only, or a public view for all technicians. From that point forward it will be an option to go back to in the dropdown list. Hope that helps!
