    When sending emails directly from a ticket, how do we configure the reply to go back into the ticket?

      Our technicians frequently email users with questions directly from the ticket in Track-It, but when the user replies, the message just goes to the mail monitor inbox, and never routes back into the ticket.  How do we configure our system to drop those replies back into the ticket?
