If you remove the Assignee from the Quick Template - do you still see the same problem?
Remove Assignee from the quick template or add Individual in Assignee field instead of a Team was the workaround to this Issue.
Now I assumed when BMC fixed the issue that means we can use team is Assignee field. Is this not the case? Nicolas Roome what do you think?

There appear to have been two issues on the defect.
One is if you use a Quick Template direct from the ticket - this is resolved.
The second is if you use a Business Rule to create a subtask using the Template - this is not resolved yet.
I will see if I can get the defect re-opened as both parts are not resolved.

The defect is scheduled to be fixed in the 20.19.03 release
