    Should the Change Summary drop-down in a Ticket show Change Policies in Track-It! 2019?

      I feel like this worked, in the current version 20.19.03, but now it is not working or I am thinking of something else.


      In a Ticket, should clicking the dropdown arrow for Chage Summary show a list of your Change Policies, and allow you to choose one to apply to the ticket? I am getting a blank list in both a client's installation and the BMC online Demo even thought there are policies available.
