It's a SQL deadlock. There's no easy way to tell what is the cause when it's a short intermittent issue like that.
A few things could be though..
- Something in FootPrints
- Someone/something running a SQL query against the FP database
If this is happening often, have your DBA monitor the SQL Activity Monitor and logs and see if they can find what is causing the deadlock.

The DBA asked me if there are any specific logs to monitor, because there is no locks in the monitor SQL activity
I noticed that when I modify the user role to view all "Service Request", the system works smoothly and much faster, but when I give him agent privileges to see only his tickets the error appears again and the system is too slow.
