    Remove 'Reopen' Button in Service Request Details Page - Smart IT

      Hello,

       

      I would like to remove the 'Reopen' option in the service request details in Smart IT. This button only shows if the request has moved to a completed status. I tried the steps listed at Hide "Reopen" in Request Entry Console when Incident Ticket is Closed but it looks like this is for a different console.

       

      Is there any customization we can implement to accomplish this goal?

       

      NOTE: We only need to do this for REQs associated with a Work Order.

       

      We already chose to hide this button in the Remedy SRM console, as when users reopen requests with multiple fulfillment processes, it causes CAI errors in our environment.
