I will suggest to use Remedy exposed Java API's for integration, it will be much easier way.
PFB Few documents related to Java API's:

Someone may have already have done this can share but the easiest way to integrate is creating the transformation/job in Atrium Integrator Client (Pentaho Sppon) must have been installed in your environment if you have Atrium Integrator Server (Carte Server).

I do not know much about Oracle JDE and HCM. But from Remedy side, integrations should be possible as it supports,
- Web services
- Has interface forms on which REST / WSDL can be used
