    Due Dates on Assignments created using a Template

      Using version 20.19.03, creating a Ticket Template with Assignments.


      Status Progression is being used to set Assignments from Pending to Open upon status change of predecessor to Closed.


      In the template, the Parent Ticket and each Assignment all have different Priorities.


      Each Priority has a different Expected Due Duration, to set the Due Dates.


      Expectation: The Parent Ticket and Assignments will each have a different Due Date set, based on their individual Priority.


      Result: The Ticket and Assignments all get the same Due Date, which is coming from the Priority on the Parent Ticket.


      Is this how it should be working, and is there another way to accomplish my goal?
