    Track-It 2019 R2 - Notifications not sent to external email recipients

      While testing in Track-It 2019 R2, we realized that external recipients are not receiving ticket creation and ticket closure notifications. The Business Rule is configured properly and notifications are successfully sent to internal recipients.


      Is there an option in Track-It that needs to be configured to send outgoing mail to external recipents? This could be an issue on the MS exchange side as we made quite a few changes to that environment in the past few days, but I want to ensure I'm not missing anything on the Track-It side.
