    Require resolution to close a ticket (2019.2)

      Is there a way to require a resolution note be entered before the Close ticket button can be pressed. We had this in 11.4 however, i cannot find it anywhere in the new version. I have technicians that are just not putting in a resolution note. We want this for reporting purposes.
