The database should reindex automatically because it is using the SQL full text index. We switched to this because of the indexing issues with the old proprietary one. It might be taking a moment to index or you might be searching for something that is not indexed. What are you searching for specifically? Have you tried searching for different values to see if you get different results?
No it’s not working. I was using a ticket number only , search by the requestor and also the subject of the ticket and was not found. When I put it in the load by record sequence it works and goes to the ticket. Maybe a SQL index issue because I can find my ticket 6290 but not 6291 guess will have to ask my SQL guy.
Might be some kind of timing thing. I am not a SQL expert so maybe your SQL guy or maybe our support would know. There might be a setting somewhere for how often the search indexes are rebuilt.
