1. Re: How do you create a Control-m calendar to run jobs on the last working day of each month minus 1 day.
Mark Francome Aug 31, 2019 12:52 PM (in response to Darin Miyashiro)3 of 3 people found this helpfulSelect "Advanced Scheduling" and specify "L2" to indicate the second last day of the month. Then create a Confirmation Calendar with all Saturdays and Sundays not selected (you easily copy standard calendars year on year). In the Exception Policy drop-down select "Order on previous confirmed day".
Verify with the "View Schedule" button.

You will need at least one calendar to define the working days and to schedule the jobs relative to that calendar for your requirement and as mentioned by @Mark Francomeyou can copy calendar using recurrence for subsequent years.
Kindly find below screen shots for scheduling jobs as per the requirement.
1. Working Days Calendar
Click on view schedule and you will find schedule as per your requirement.
Regards,
Ilyas Shaikh

What is the benefit of Confirmation Calendar here? If the confirmation calendar is same as the schedule calendar it is always going to match, so its never in play.
In the above case, the schedule will be exactly same without a confirmation calendar.
