    Track-It! 20.19 mailbox monitor

      In version 11.4xx, there was a way to set the mail monitor to move the emails that created the tickets to a certain folder in the mailbox. I am aware with 20.19 much has changed including the piece the supported Lotus Notes, but is there any way to set 20.19 to move the emails to a certain folder?


      Right now it moves them directly to the trash and part of our mail policy is deleting anything in that folder after 24 hours
