      Is there any way to format the way the body of the email that comes into the ticket from a business rule?


      We have a help desk that forwards emails in using a key word. The system creates the tickets just fine and adds the body in as the ticket description, but if the email we forward contains a chain of emails it puts the entire chain of emails in as one run together paragraph. That makes it very hard to read.


      If it is just one email it gets formatted correctly.


      If it's more than one in the more view button it looks correctly spaced and formatted. The problem is when you open the note.
