    TrueSight IM console

      Hi,

       

      I try to Access to Truesight Infrastructure management by chrome (and IE) but i faced the following issue:

       

      "An error occurred.Please contact your administrator or retry later 08/26/2019" 

       

      But the IM services is working fine and i Added the IM server connected to Truesight console component.

       

      Why the above error message? i enabled the Flash and cookies on the browser.

          Are you logging in for the first time on IM, if yes, you need to give some time for the Rate and Jserver to get the functioning preoperly.

           

          also run pw lic list to check whether the server is started properly and connected well.

           

          Hope this solves your issue.

            Hi Avneesh,

             

            Thank you for your help.

             

            I finished the installation from 8 days ago with the same error message that appeared after applying the license, also the connection being success with Presentation server, and the IM services Running.

                Is this the same user which has been used for installing the TSIM ??

                 

                Does it have the admin rights on the server??

                 

                 

                Can you run the pw lic list from the Admin user and share the o/p?

                  Yes, this is the same user (svc_truesight) that using to install TSIM and this user have Admin privileges.

                    @saddam, if thats the case then you should not have such errors while running the pw lic list .

                      Try to open cmd as run as administrator and try to run pw lic list.

                        Thank you for your supports.

                         

                        The issue has been solved after checking the  status of windows firewall specifically  port 448, It seems that it was closed.
