    Self Service merge fault and service

      Currently in Self Service clients have to choose between Submit a Fault and Request a Service to raise an incident or a service request. Is it possible to customize the same so that people just see New Ticket and then select Fault or Service, categories, etc? This would simplify the system for clients as well as IT staff.
