I guess in 1902 it does not work if css files are put inside tenant-custom-res/000000000000001.
Put it in tenant-custom-res/ folder and test.
thanks for your answer, thats correct.
But my problem is in 18.11 - these are two different system. In 19.02 its working.
Just in 18.11 the changes of the css file were not updated. I will try like you said.
Possibly try clearing user's browser cache? Over here we forget to do that at times and we panic thinking the new changes aren't working. That usually clears the problem.
Do let us know how you fixed it.
also thanks for your answer.
I will try this on monday next week - I'm on training the next two days.
But I think, this is not the problem, cause several users on different pc's have this problem.
I will try this and give you response.
Best regards and thanks for helping!
Hi Philipp Huonker - hmm... that's unfortunate that neither suggestions worked. From my limited understanding of how css works, after the page is displayed, anything you set in css just basically overwrites it. So the only way you'd know if it's using the css file is reviewing browser Developer Tools (F12) and drilling down to the section you changed and see if your css file is being used.
Hope my screenshot below helps:
Hi Philipp Huonker - btw, you did say you were using style-myit.css, so I'm doing a screenshot of how that looks like with the F12 tool. Basically for both Smart IT and My IT/Digital Workplace - we changed the font colors of the product name so we can tell that we are in the lower environments (Test/Dev) - and also for Smart IT, changed it from "Remedy with Smart IT" to "ITSM Support Console (T)".
Hope that helps!! style-myit.css screenshot below:

Hello Emmanuel, thanks for your help. This is a good idea. We also changed it liked this and the changes still do nothing.
But as we are upgrading to a higher Version, this problem should not be there anymore. But it would be interested why this is not working. Usually it works - I now it.
So at first we use the Workaround and upgrade to a new version.

as expected the upgrade to 19.08 fixed this problem.
Now we can make the changes in the rebranding site and save the changes.
They are recognized immediately.
Thanks for your help guys.
ah, so don't use 18.11... *grin*
If you face problems like that - yes.
Normally this works - I guess this was a special problem.
But I can recommend an upgrade, cause then its easier to make changes and its more fast:-)
