    Any Idea on Creating a Report about all Support Staffs

      as part of governance, i am trying to create a report that would provide me a view of all support staff within RemedyForce and how many tickets have already been assigned to them. The objective is to be able to see which staff is not getting assignments, one example is if a support staff is no longer part of the team or wrongfully configured (and the queue members was not just properly updated), this would help us in pushing clean up of our licenses as well.
