    App Mobile Salesforce: No records found in Request a service Remedyforce selfservice

      I''d like to submit the service requests through the app mobile, but when I go in SelfService and the Request a Service, it tells me "No Records Found" (see the image).

      This happens even though in the Service Request definition the flag in "Mobile" is set to true, and for all kinds of profiles.

      Do you know if there are any other actions required to set the SR visible in the app?
